ABS Mastertech is a UK-based business specialising in the refurbishment and supply of ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) pumps and modules. We operate a postal-only service, delivering across the United Kingdom.
2. Services Provided
We offer:
- Refurbishment of customer-supplied ABS units
- Supply of refurbished ABS units on an exchange basis
- Free return shipping of your old unit
- Lifetime warranty (conditions apply – see Section 6)
All units are professionally tested and rebuilt using high-quality components. However, as a refurbished product, cosmetic appearance may vary from new.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders can be placed through our website or by direct contact. By placing an order, you confirm that:
- All information provided is accurate and complete
- You are the legal owner or have permission to submit the part
- You understand the service involves refurbishment or exchange of an automotive part
We accept secure online payments via trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). We do not store full payment card details.
4. Turnaround Times & Delivery
We aim to:
- Refurbish and return most units within 2–3 working days of receipt
- Dispatch in-stock refurbished units the same day if ordered before 3pm (Mon–Fri)
Delays may occur due to parts availability or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or incomplete customer information.
5. Customer Responsibilities
If using our exchange service, you agree to return your old unit (“core”) within 14 days of receiving the replacement. Failure to return the core may result in a surcharge or cancellation of warranty.
You are responsible for safely packaging and sending your unit to us. We are not liable for damage caused during transit to our workshop.
6. Warranty
All refurbished ABS units come with a Lifetime Warranty covering:
- Internal component failure
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to incorrect installation or misuse (Including not flushing the braking system correctly and not replacing the brake fluid)
- Water ingress, physical damage, or tampering
- Cosmetic wear or minor external blemishes
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase. We reserve the right to inspect and test the unit before approving a warranty repair or replacement.
7. Returns & Cancellations
- Custom repair services (refurbishing your own unit) are not eligible for return or refund once work has commenced
- Exchange units should be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase of refurbished unit or a £30.00 surcharge will apply
Cancellations must be requested before work has started or the product dispatched. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
8. Use of Website
All content, images, and branding on this site are the property of ABS Mastertech and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
You agree not to use this website for:
- Unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Uploading viruses or malicious code
- Attempting unauthorised access to our systems
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABS Mastertech will not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss or damage
- Vehicle damage caused by incorrect installation
- Losses resulting from use of the website or service disruptions

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the UK courts.
